Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing this package, you accept the Terms and Conditions set forth by AsYouLikeIt Festivals LTD.

Eligibility

Only residents or nationals of the United Kingdom and Ireland are permitted to purchase through our Travel Partnership. This policy ensures the most personalised and exceptional experience for our regional customers.

Data Usage and Privacy

Your personal details, including name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number, will be stored securely and used solely for communication regarding your purchase.

You consent to AsYouLikeIt Festivals LTD sharing these details with Tomorrowland Belgium for ticket verification purposes. Ensure that your full name and date of birth match the details on your official identification.

We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee to rectify errors prior to ticket release. Notify us promptly of any discrepancies to avoid additional fees.

Name Changes and Package Transfers

• If you make a spelling or date of birth error, please notify us at your earliest convenience to avoid an administrative cost.

• Name changes on packages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur a small administrative fee.

• We cannot guarantee approval of name changes or package transfers. If we suspect that the package has been resold, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund minus an administrative fee.

• No refunds will be issued 28 days prior to the event.

Confirmation and Information Submission

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 2-3 working days. Once this is received, you must provide the details of all members in your party within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your purchase, minus a £25 administrative fee.

Once we receive the required information, we will send you your travel pack with all relevant details for your package. You will also need to share your transportation method to greet us to facilitate host arrangements.

Bracelet Distribution

You will be informed of your unique code and provided with your bracelets and treasure box from Tomorrowland Belgium upon meeting us in Amsterdam. These items will only be received by us approximately three weeks before the event. We do not post bracelets or treasure boxes.

Termination Clause

AsYouLikeIt Festivals LTD operates a no-refund policy for packages. If you are unable to attend the festival, contact us promptly. We will attempt to resell your package to someone on our waitlist, keeping administrative fees to a minimum where feasible. If your bracelet has been received and validated, no resell or refund will be possible.

Packages are exclusively available to UK and Ireland residents and nationals. If you reside outside these regions, we reserve the right to cancel your package and issue a refund minus an appropriate administrative fee, as detailed in the cancellation email.
